Merry Christmas Giveaway

If you're like me, these past few weeks have been crazy! As I get older, the more hectic the holiday season gets. I miss my college days when we were out of school for a month and there was lots of napping, shopping, and visiting.

But I'm headed to see my family for a few frenzied days and am so excited about it. Of course, on Monday I'll be back to the grind--with a book due in January, I can't afford much time off to play.

So...in the spirit of Christmas, let's do a fun giveaway!

I'll draw a random name on Monday, December 27. The winner will get a copy of my new book, Love is Grand. And to make it even more fun, the winner will also get to choose a friend--and I'll send their friend a copy of one of my books, too!

To enter, answer this question in the comments:

What is your favorite Christmas tradition?

Here's mine: My family gathers at my grandma's house on Christmas Eve. There is a lot of food, a lot of laughter--and a lot of gifts. There is usually a movie going in one room and at least 2 board or card games going. It is such a happy time--and as the years go by, I cherish those moments so much.

Don't forget to leave your email address so I can contact you if you win!

Merry Christmas!

My favorite tradition, that's just been going on for about fifteen years, actually, is that my parents and my in-laws come over for breakfast on Christmas morning. We have our "official" Christmases with each individual family at other times, but this way they've been able to see what Santa brought, and they get to visit, since they're old friends, as well as co-grandparents. I make Butterscotch Pull-Aparts and a breakfast casserole, both of which I can make ahead, and we just enjoy being together!

Have a wonderful Christmas, Annalisa!

My favorite Christmas tradition is on Christmas morning. The kids cannot come in to see what Santa has brought until they hear the Christmas music. Then we open presents and have a Christmas brunch!! Close second would be Christmas Eve - which sounds a lot like yours!!!
Can't wait for the new book!

My favorite Christmas tradition is baking sugar cookies with my family, going to see Christmas lights, and having hot cocoa during one of our favorite movies: The Muppet Christmas Carol.

Thanks for the chance to win your book. I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and God's blessings in the New Year!

We are still working on our traditions!! We always put up the tree the day after Thanksgiving. One thing we started a few years ago with the boys is letting them open their stockings on Christmas Eve before they head to bed. Then "Santa" leaves each empty stocking with the boys pile of gifts so they know which pile is theirs!! We also throw out reindeer food every Christmas Eve. I'm still trying to come up with a fun tradition for us now that we have the boys! I'm looking forward to reading what everyone else does. Maybe it will give me some good ideas!

My favorite tradition is each person picking one present to unwrap on Christmas Eve night. It's always fun seeing what each person will pick :)
Thanks for the great giveaway!

My favorite Christmas tradition is making sugar cookies at my grandparents-in-law's house. Everything is home made and it's always a ton of fun to decorate. Merry Christmas! (thatcovergirl[at]gmail)

We all give ridiculous/silly gifts to each other on Christmas eve. This year I got a set of cat shaped ice cube trays!

Yay! :D

My favorite Christmas tradition is getting up early and holding/looking at my stocking until my parents get up/come downstairs. (My brother and I did this for years and I still do it when I stay overnight.)
